How We Build

30A is a wonderful place to build, a wonderful place to live. I love living here, I always have. I can see why people want to come here. I understand that moving here from another area is a bit of a change. We have hurricanes and some severe weather that you may not be used to. Our building codes are actually pretty stringent, a lot of people think of building codes as a minimum standard, but Florida’s building codes are pretty robust, so, of course, we build to code, but generally, we try to build above code. There are a lot of places where we put in just a little bit extra effort, that does not add a lot of cost but really adds a lot of value when it comes to fortifying and securing your structure. Building that strong beach home that you want, while bringing comfort to your family. We’ve spent a lot of time learning and researching how to best navigate issues that you may encounter when building your beach house.
